The Events of Los Gatos Plein Air 2013

Friday, June 21st — VIP Artists Reception and Silent Auction
7:00-10:00 p.m.

Saturday, June 22nd — Fine Art Exhibit and Silent Auction
11:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., Los Gatos Town Plaza

By Day:

Tuesday, June 18th  The artists will arrive on the morning of Tuesday, June 18th, have their canvases stamped and then begin painting throughout Los Gatos and the surrounding hills and communities. Look for them around the area!

June 18th–21st  Artists will continue to paint until 5:00 p.m. Friday evening.

Friday Evening, June 21st, 7:00-10:00 p.m. — VIP Artists Reception and Silent Auction. This is a ticketed event and includes a sneak preview of each artist's favorite painting. Guests will have the opportunity to meet the artists, and to purchase the artists' favorite works while enjoying fine wine, gourmet appetizers, and live acoustic music by Dolce Musica.

Saturday, June 22nd, 11:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. — Fine Art Exhibit and Silent Auction, Los Gatos Town Plaza. The public and artists gather at the Los Gatos Town Plaza to view the framed paintings. Admission is free. Enjoy wine from local, Sonoma, and Napa Valley wineries and mingle with the artists while viewing the treasures of the town and bay area as depicted on canvas. Listen to live music, watch artists paint, bid on work for purchase at the silent auction, and support art education for youth. The exhibit is juried and an awards presentation will take place at the end of the day.
