The Events of Los Gatos Plein Air

Wednesday June 2nd — Artists check in and begin painting in various locations throughout Los Gatos.

Thursday June 3rd — Artists will be treated to a gourmet luncheon on Thursday, provided by Los Gatos Morning Rotary at a Historic Victorian home in town. 

Friday June 4th — The artists will be hosted Friday evening at Gala Plein Air and will vote for the "Artist's Choice Award". The winning artist will receive a cash award.

Gala Plein Air & Evening with the Artists and Art Sale — This is a ticketed event at California Café, for $65.00 per person. Meet and mingle with the outstanding artists that have been selected for this juried show. Guests at the gala will have the first opportunity to purchase artwork that has been painted over the past three days on location in Los Gatos. Enjoy complimentary wine and hors d'oeuvres as you mingle on the patio, taking in this extraordinary event and meeting with the artists who created it.

Saturday June 5th — Art Exhibition and Auction at Old Town Shopping Center. From 11:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m. the art will be on display for viewing and bidding. The exhibit is free, so all are invited to enjoy live music, wine, and fine art created on location in Los Gatos. Participate in the silent and live auctions while viewing the treasures of the town as depicted on canvas. Come and enjoy the demonstration of artistic talent by students from our local high school.
